Natalie Barnes is a registered nurse with more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare field. Natalie is also a business owner as well as a wife and busy mother of four who has built her life around helping others. After graduating from the University of Minnesota in 1995, she began her healthcare career grounded in compassion, accountability, and service.
Natalie’s perspective on healthcare is both professional and personal. As a parent of a child living with PANDAS, she understands firsthand the challenges families face when dealing with a child experiencing a serious illness. She knows the importance of being heard, respected, and trusted to make informed decisions for their children.
Natalie lives and raises her family in District 54B, where she is deeply connected to the community she hopes to represent. As a working mom, she understands the everyday realities facing local families and the importance of strong neighborhoods, schools, and healthcare systems.
She is running for State Representative to bring real-world experience, common sense, and compassion to the Legislature. Natalie believes effective leadership begins with listening, respecting individual choice, and remaining accountable to the people it serves.
